Breakfast food before Battle!

*This is a very very late post. Work has been a pain in the *** recently, sorry!*

Since I've been gone for a few days, this post will be hitting two birds with one stone.  A restaurant feature and an OOTD featuring my favorite camou tote bag from Abby Jocson!

A few days back, the boyfriend and I craved for breakfast food and where else in Marikina can we have the most scrumptious breakfast food at 1:00 PM? Rustic Mornings of course!  

Rustic Mornings is one of those food joints in Marikina with a vintage and home-ish feel.  As you all noticed by now, old houses being converted into restaurants became a trend in our humble city.

I am in love with bacon so I ordered the Bacon, Eggs and Hasbrown platter.  The bacon was very tasty and cooked just right. The scrambled eggs with spiced with different herbs and kinda makes you feel you're eating healthy (despite the extra bacon :P) and the hashbrowns were pure heaven!

The boyfriend ordered a classic Corned Beef Meal with eggs and their own version of fried rice.

For dessert, I curiously ordered their Frozen Braso de Mercedes.  I love braso de mercedes and I was intrigued by the Frozen part.  It turns out, it was a perfectly layered braso de mercedes and vanilla ice cream! Two of my favorites in one!

After my mouth watering meal, we went around the place to take some pictures and just appreciate the beauty of it all. :)

I went for an army inspired get up that day because we so much errands to do that day and I just felt like I was getting ready for a battle. :P

What better way to top my battle gear than to use my favorite Addison Oversized Camo Tote from Abby Jocson!
